Located between Portland Park and Margaret T. Hance Park (known as Deck Park), This new construction project is very welcome in Downtown Phoenix. It includes a 4-, 12-, and 14-story towers that should be completed by the end of 2016. Most homes will have great views of either Up-Town Phoenix or Downtown Phoenix. The property also has a rooftop terrace you can reserve for parties. There’s an onsite gym and heated pool area with a heated spa. There’s also a private parking garage and plug-ins for electric cars. There’s storage rooms for each unit and the HOA fee includes DirecTV and Internet. Each unit is built with upgraded standard finishes such as wood or tile floors, granite counters, stainless appliances etc. When you’re done with work leave the car in the secured garage and walk 100 yards out the front door to the Roosevelt Rail Stop and catch the Metro Light Rail to Tempe and Mesa. Walk to all the great new restaurants in Downtown. Spend the day at the Ball Park or first Friday of the month at the Roosevelt Row First Friday Art Walk.
Downtown Phoenix has come along way in the past 10 to 15 years. ASU put a campus in Downtown which really helped the rebound we now see. There are historic homes and condos in the downtown area as well and many new condos and apartments. The number of restaurants have increased dramatically giving many choices. One of the best things I love about living downtown is all the festivals most weekends during our cool weather months.
If this community isn’t exactly what you are looking for then let Brokers Hub Realty help you find your perfect home by showing you some of the many other wonderful condos in the Downtown Phoenix, Tempe and Scottsdale areas. If you need to sell your current residence, we can help you there as well.
