Embassy condominiums is an 11-story mid-rise that was built in the 1960’s. With a great view of downtown Phoenix, these condos are a great place to call home. Embassy started as a hotel. The driveway with the pool above was common at the time and served as a drop off and pickup for hotel guest. The building was converted to condos in the 1980’s.
A mix of 1 bedroom and open loft floor plans, many of the condos have been updated to expose the duct work and electrical conduits. The community has a 3rd floor pool, spa, a 24-hour workout facility and on-site community laundry room.
Located in the Roosevelt Historic District just outside the Roosevelt Row Arts District on 4th Ave and McKinley, Embassy condos are walking distance to the ASU Campus, Phoenix Light Rail, YMCA, Post Office and everything in Downtown Phoenix, including many shops and restaurants.
Downtown Phoenix has come along way in the past 10 to 15 years. ASU put a campus in Downtown which really helped the rebound we now see. There are historic homes and condos in the downtown area as well and many new condos and apartments. The number of restaurants have increased dramatically giving many choices. One of the best things I love about living downtown is all the festivals most weekends during our cool weather months.
If this community isn’t exactly what you are looking for then let Brokers Hub Realty help you find your perfect home by showing you some of the many other wonderful condos in the Downtown Phoenix, Tempe and Scottsdale areas. If you need to sell your current residence, we can help you there as well.
