The Cloisters 

The Cloisters were built in 1979 in the Biltmore Estates. There is a guard at the gated entrance and the community has a heated pool, spa, tennis courts and workout room. You can walk right to Biltmore Fashion Park via a gate from the community to the shopping center’s parking lot. Some of the units are nicely remodeled in contemporary designs and some are still original but it's still a very nice community.  Since you’re on the Biltmore Estates there are 2 HOA’s.  The Cloister’s have an HOA monthly fee and the Biltmore Estates have an annual fee that is about equal to one Cloister’s HOA fee.  Located just north of Camelback on 24^th Street, you’re in the heart of the Biltmore Financial District with easy access to everything.

What residents love about the Biltmore area

The Biltmore Area has been popular since the 1930’s when the Biltmore Hotel was built.  The Biltmore Estates have many mansions around the golf course.  There are condos and townhomes that also have views of the course and mountain views.  The heart of the area is 24th Street and Camelback. The Biltmore Financial District and Biltmore Fashion Park along with a dozen or so restaurant that can please any taste are located near the intersection of 24th Street and Camelback. 

• The Biltmore Resort aka “The Jewel of the desert” is located here and has been a vacation destination since 1929. It’s one of the only existing hotels in the world with a Frank Lloyd Wright influence.
• The Biltmore area is also close to Piestewa Peak and Camelback Mountain for great natural desert hiking.  But wear proper shoes and bring water, it’s hot out there. 
• The area is also just a few miles to Central Ave and the Phoenix Metro Light Rail Camelback stop.  
• Great access from this Central Phoenix location means you can be most places in the valley in little time.
• Home values range from moderate single family homes and condos to million dollar penthouses and mansions.
