All of the units have 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as 2 covered parking spaces. Residents also enjoy the 1960s-era kidney shaped pool, surrounded by patio, grass, and trees. Perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying the nice weather, there is also an original built-in rock BBQ. Between the buildings there is lots of green grass, providing a lovely landscaped view for many of the units. All the first floor condos have large patios that open up to the outdoor greenery, providing even more space to enjoy the view. While the HOA fee may seem a little higher than some other communities, that’s just because it includes AC and electric. Overall highlights include:

It’s also close to The Colonnade, which has Best Buy, Old Navy, Michaels, Fry’s Groceries, and even more restaurants.
