The Boardwalk Condos were built in 1963 by locally famous architect Al Beadle. He designed these originally as apartments before being converted to condos. This small and close-knit community has always been very desirable. If you are lucky enough to find one on the market while you're looking for a home and you like it, put your offer in, these units always go fast. There are 2-bedroom properties with 800 square feet. They all open up to the courtyard and have floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the common area. The Boardwalk in many ways has been a well-kept secret. Locals know it very well but if you’re from outside the area, you may not have ever heard of it. Located on 36th Street just north of Indian School, it’s a great central area for easy access to downtown Phoenix, downtown Scottsdale, downtown Tempe and the Biltmore Financial District.
The Biltmore Area has been popular since the 1930’s when the Biltmore Hotel was built. The Biltmore Estates have many mansions around the golf course. There are condos and townhomes that also have views of the course and mountain views. The heart of the area is 24th Street and Camelback. The Biltmore Financial District and Biltmore Fashion Park along with a dozen or so restaurant that can please any taste are located near the intersection of 24th Street and Camelback.
If this community isn’t exactly what you are looking for then let Brokers Hub Realty help you find your perfect home by showing you some of the many other wonderful condos in the downtown Phoenix, Tempe and Scottsdale areas. If you need to sell your current residence, we can help you there as well.
