Arcadia Green was built in 1967 but doesn’t quite fit the typical mid-century modern style that people are used to. Arcadia Green has more of the 70’s feel to it so it must have been one of the first of a new style at the time of construction. The community is unique in its layout, as it’s setup in a clover style design with homes around each circle. Each patio-style townhome has large rooms, making it great for families or people who enjoy entertaining guests. They all have semi-private front doors and none of the homes are attached to each other. Arcadia is a wonderful, friendly area with large homes and large lots. Mostly single family homes averaging over 4,000 square feet and prices over $1,000,000. This is a very family orientated area with mostly larger single family homes but there are many Mid Century condos and townhomes in the area too. This area has been very popular since the 1950’s and many homes have been tore down and a new larger home build on the lots. Most lots are ¼ acre or larger.
