Location

At North Central Avenu you’re between I-17 and the 51. It’s also a short ride to the North Central Area of many popular restaurants like Postino’s, Windsor and Federal Pizza.  With just 15 minutes to downtown Phoenix and 20 to the Biltmore Financial District, you really aren’t far and in more of a suburb feeling area.  You also have the Bridle Path on Central Ave from Bethany Homes Road to the canal north of Northern.  People walk, jog and walk their dogs along this path daily.

What residents love about North Central Ave area

This area is was established over 50 years ago with larger homes for the upper income family’s.  Over the years it remains a very nice community with larger homes and yards.  Many condos and townhomes have been built along Central Ave giving these homeowners front row access to the every popular Bridle Trail.  Many years ago people did have horses on many of these properties but no longer that I’m aware of.
