33 W Missouri is a nice community of 32 larger townhomes with small but nice private back courtyards. Some built in 1987, while others were built in 1996.
I remember when 33 W Missouri was built. I went into the models and thought “this is where I want to live someday”. I never have yet but don’t count me out. These homes start at 1600 square feet and go up to 2300. The kitchens are a chef’s dream. Large with plenty of storage and counter space to really cook those holiday meals.
Each home has private front courtyard you can lock for security. They also all have 2 car garages, something that’s more and more rare in Central Phoenix. There are 12 one story homes and 20 2 story homes. The community pool has been remodeled and it’s looking very nice.
Just a 6 blocks north of Camelback Road in Mid-town Phoenix and between I-17 and the 51. It’s also a short walk to the North Central Area of many popular restaurants like Postino’s, Windsor and Federal Pizza. This community is in the Madison School District – many consider this to be one of the best in Phoenix. You’ll also enjoy being 1 block away from the Phoenix Metro Light Rail stop at Central Avenue and Camelback Road. This will get you to downtown Tempe and Mesa, as well as Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport on east bound trains and Dunlap and 19th Ave on west bound trains. Surely there is something for everyone close by, and this community is a great jumping off point!
This area is was established over 50 years ago with larger homes for the upper income family’s. Over the years it remains a very nice community with larger homes and yards. Many condos and townhomes have been built along Central Ave giving these homeowners front row access to the every popular Bridle Trail. Many years ago people did have horses on many of these properties but no longer that I’m aware of.
If this community isn’t exactly what you are looking for then let Brokers Hub Realty help you find your perfect home by showing you some of the many other wonderful condos in the downtown Phoenix, Tempe and Scottsdale areas. If you need to sell your current residence, we can help you there as well.
