Three Fountains is anothercreation built in 1963. in the of Phoenix, AZ. Just a block south of LGO on 40th Street
There are 59 townhomes in Three Fountains. They are all 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with 1024 square feet. They say most fashions come back and that must be true with architecture. These townhomes all have exposed bricks and concrete floors. That is as long as any previous owner hasn’t drywalled over the bricks and of course the concrete was originally carpeted. Some owners have remodeled to use these features in today’s Mid-Century Modern look and it’s working very well. The living space originally had the kitchen off the living room but some have been remodeled to open that up into a great room layout. It works very nice. The private outdoor space is small but what you expect in a townhome. The bedrooms are nice size but not large. A king sized bed will fit but it will be tight like many bedrooms. One of my favorite things about Three Fountains is the floor to ceiling windows in the living room. Outside the community is lush with trees and other greenery.
The Biltmore Area has been popular since the 1930’s when the Biltmore Hotel was built. The Biltmore Estates have many mansions around the golf course. There are condos and townhomes that also have views of the course and mountain views. The heart of the area is 24th Street and Camelback. The Biltmore Financial District and Biltmore Fashion Park along with a dozen or so restaurant that can please any taste are located near the intersection of 24th Street and Camelback.
