The Palmaire Condominiums has a great location in the. Near 16th Street and Georgia Avenue it’s a short walk to and shopping and restaurants. Palmaire Condos were built in 1964 and converted to condos in 2013 just as we were coming out of the Great Recession. The community has 1 bed / 1 bath, 2 beds / 2 baths and 3 and 3’s. When converted they gutted everything and put in new copper plumbing, copper wiring, roofs, AC’s, kitchens, fixtures, etc… A few other nice things that were added during the remodel are granite counter tops, tile flooring, I-Pod docking station, surround surround speakers. Please remember previous owners may have removed or replaced any of these features. The community has a lot of open space and the pool is in the middle. When constructed in the 60’s they left more open green space in communities.
Overall highlights include:
Just off 16th Street on Georgia and a couple blocks north of Camelback Road. Walk to Ajo Al’s Mexican food and Blue Water Seafood. There’s also a lot of shopping between 16th Street and 26th Street so you can go out and have a ball. Of course the 51 freeway is right there which will take you to the whole freeway system. I’ve lived in this area a couple times because it’s so central to everything.
The Biltmore Area has been popular since the 1930’s when the Biltmore Hotel was built. The Biltmore Estates have many mansions around the golf course. There are condos and townhomes that also have views of the course and mountain views. The heart of the area is 24th Street and Camelback. The Biltmore Financial District and Biltmore Fashion Park along with a dozen or so restaurant that can please any taste are located near the intersection of 24th Street and Camelback.
If this community isn’t exactly what you are looking for then let Brokers Hub Realty help you find your perfect home by showing you some of the many other wonderful condos in the downtown Phoenix, Tempe and Scottsdale areas. If you need to sell your current residence, we can help you there as well.
