University Square Mixed-Use Hotel and Residences in Downtown Tempe, Arizona
Shea Commercial will partner with 3W Companies and Triyar to develop the University Square Mixed-Use Project in Tempe, a 1.5 million square-foot, Mixed-Use urban lifestyle development to Include a downtown Hotel and business center.
The University Square Mixed-Use development is a $500 million project that will be located in downtown Tempe, Next to ASU main campus at Mill Avenue and University. University Square Mixed-Use project will provide new commercial space as well as urban lifestyle condos.
The University Square Mixed-Use project will encompass a 240,000 square-foot office tower with 12 floors, a 30-story hotel condo tower with 225 rooms and additional condo units, a 23-story residential tower, ground floor retail and a variety of upscale restaurants. University Square Mixed-Use will feature on-site above-ground and below-ground parking. Formal zoning for the University Square Mixed-Use project was filed on May 9th and is expected to be approved in late summer 2006.
