W Hotel & Residences Downtown Phoenix

Starwood Hotels and Resorts plans on opening a new W Hotel & Residences in downtown Phoenix, Arizona scheduled to open in 2008. W Hotel & Residences Downtown Phoenix, will be located next to the America West Arena. The W Hotel Phoenix will feature approximately 190 rooms and 170 W Residences, a 3,000 square foot signature restaurant, 4,000 square foot destination bar, as well as a 10,000 square foot Bliss Spa and fitness area.

The W Residences Phoenix will feature approximately 170 luxurious residences, including one, two, three bedroom and penthouse units. Residents at the W Residences will have all the benefits of being attached to a W Hotel Phoenix, including signature amenities enjoyed by hotel guests. Owners at the W Residences will have full use of the facilities at the W Hotel, including 24-hour room service, daily housekeeping and concierge services.
