Omega 32-story high-rise condominiums in downtown Phoenix

The developer of the Summit at Copper Square David Wallach plans to build a condominium high-rise of 214 condo units in downtown Phoenix. Omega, a 32-story high-rise condominium tower will be built behind Orpheum Lofts. Omega, a $100 million development will be the 3rd residential urban high-rise in downtown Phoenix, Arizona.
Wallach plans to break ground on Omega before the end of this year and could be open by 2009. Omega will offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condo units starting at about $400 and up per square foot, which leaves the smallest 750 square foot units starting at no less than $300,000. Omega also offers penthouse dwellings of 2400 square feet offered at close to $1 million.
