The City Scape mixed-use residential and commercial project is planned between Washington and Jefferson streets, from Second Street to First Avenue in downtown Phoenix. City Scape mixed-use project will be close to the ASU Downtown Phoenix campus, ASU and UofA Medical School and the Metro Light Rail. The City Scape mixed-use project would include about 245,000 square feet of commercial and retail development, a 150 room boutique hotel and about 800,000 square feet for office space.
