Berkana
This project has been cancelled.
Berkana on 32nd is a distinctive neighborhood of 180 homes, located in the heart of Phoenix on 32nd Street just North of Van Buren. The development is part of the Mayor’s office “Opportunity Corridor” or 1500 square miles from the capitol complex east to downtown Tempe, projected to grow with business supporting both Downtown and Tempe ASU campuses.
The light rail project will run just south of Berkana and the Red Mountain Freeway is within easy access. It is part of the Wilson Elementary School District and the Phoenix Union High School District served by Camelback High School. Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe, even the Phoenix Mountain preserve is just minutes from Berkana on 32nd Street.
