44 Monroe High-rise Condominiums is located on the northeast corner of Monroe Street and 1st Avenue in downtown Phoenix and located near dining, shopping, entertainment and sporting events.
The 44 Monroe High-rise Condominiums will be 34 stories with 202 units. Square footage will range from 780 to 4400 square feet. This is a very high end condo high rise in Downtown Phoennix and has all the amenities you'd expect out of a first class project.
44 Monroe was suppose to go on the auction block on April 15th, 2010 but a judge has delayed it because three creditors would rather see the project go into chapter 7 bankruptcy. In an auction, their leans will probably be wiped out and they'll get nothing. RooPho Realty is staying on top of this issue and will post more information as we get it.
