Significant in its representation of the two predominant residential building styles of the early 20th century, Bungalow and Spanish Colonial Revival, Victoria Place first gained notice for its lot and street sizes on the then outskirts of Phoenix proper. Victoria Place is one of the first neighborhoods to exhibit the automobile’s influence on architecture via the carport.
